Sessions with Head to Curve are currently done on Saturdays. A weekday request can be honored for an additional fee. I highly encourage clients to schedule their experience at least 3-5 months in advance. This will give me the necessary amount of time to make sure your final deliverables are FLAWLESS! Depending on my schedule, I can always try to accommodate a tight deadline request.

Where will my session be?
Unless an outdoor session has been scheduled or a different location was confirmed, your session will be held at one of the beautifully furnished studios* I rent hourly. They are all located within the greater Grand Rapid area, and are minutes away from downtown!
*The studio booked for your session is based on location availability, but they are all absolutely GORGEOUS 😘
Will you help me with posing?
Of course! I'll walk you through every pose, any movement I want you to do, or guide you through some easy prompts to get those beautiful candid moments, too. You don't need to be a boudoir expert before your session. That's why you hired me 😉
Will you edit parts of my body I don't like?
No and no. I've built this experience to help folks recognize that it's okay to take up space exactly as they are. This is a judgement-free zone, and I'm going to celebrate ALL of you during your experience because that's what you deserve 😘 now the random zit that magically decided to appear overnight?! GONE ✨
How long will I be in the studio?
Between intros, trying things on from the Curve Closet and the actual time spent photographing you, I tell clients to expect to spend about 2 hours in the studio with me.
Is hair + makeup included?
Hair and makeup services are not included in my collection offerings, but that move was 100% intentional. Don't get me wrong, a full face of makeup is gorgeous. That isn't how most of my clients show up in their day-to-day lives though.
I want you to look back at your images and see you, not a done up version of you. That being said, please wear as much or as little makeup as YOU are comfortable with. Looking to hire a professional? I can recommend a few of my fave artists.
Do I have to share my images?
Not unless you say it's okay! On your pre-session questionnaire, I ask what kind of image release you're comfy with: a full release, a selective release or to keep your images for your eyes only. Clients can also choose to change their release type at ANY time for ANY reason.
