Head to Curve is an inclusive, trauma-informed boudoir and intimate portrait studio in Grand Rapids, Michigan, created for all bodies and identities.


In a world that profits off insecurity, I’m dedicated to supporting folks in reclaiming their power, taking up space, and seeing themselves in a way that feels honest, affirming, and firmly rooted in who they are.

MEET THE HUMAN BEHIND HEAD TO CURVE

I’m Keara, and I think you were meant to find this place.

I see the sparkle in people that they often miss in themselves. Boudoir called to me because of the magic that unfolds during these experiences, but what I found online didn’t feel like an equal celebration of everybody. As a fat woman who’s had to relearn her own worth, I felt that exclusion on a personal level. Head to Curve exists to offer something different from that. More real, more affirming, more you. Here, you’ll be seen, held, and honored. Not in spite of your story, but because of it.

My goal is to give you space to reconnect with your body and see yourself with softness, reverence, and power. Whether you’re celebrating an important milestone, healing something soft and tender, or simply craving a moment that’s 100% yours, this is a space where your story can unfold in the way you choose.
